Gloria Fowler of Everglo

from Betty L. Ingram included below]

Gloria Fowler of Everglo Kennels crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on May 30th at 5 pm PST to join her closest family, friends and her beloved Lhasas.

She will be missed by all who really knew her. Her legend will carry on.

Please allow the family time to grieve privately. There will be a funeral service for Gloria on Wednesday in Bakersfield, CA. The final arrangements are not quite complete, but I will post them as soon as they are confirmed.

There will be a memorial ad prepared and hopefully it will be published in the Lhasa magazine and also plans are underway for it to be published in the AKC Gazette.

The greatest tribute anyone can do for Gloria is to share any old pics of Everglo dogs that anyone has so new breeders can recognize what Gloria contributed to the breed. Share your memories.

Gloria was a loving person and gave freely. She always had a kind word for everyone. She would lend support when needed. She will always be a guiding light for those who sought her out.

She will be missed, but will always be greatly appreciated for what she has contributed to the breed. Unless I am mistaken, except for the new imports in recent years, there is not a pedigree that does not have Everglo dog behind it.

A litter was whelped on Memorial Day that will be known as the OLD GLORY GIRLS. All will carry the name Gloria of Everglo as a tribute. Their call names will be Gloria, Belle & Angel.

Namaste,
Betty

It is so sad to hear about Gloria's passing I would have loved to meet such a generally nice and interesting lady. Thank you Gloria for your love and dedication to our beloved Apsos. I am sure you are getting many wet kisses and long awaited greetings from many of your old Apso friends now.
GodBless,
Goldy Marie
